We want you to love your Alankar Fashions purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're happy to help with a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging, with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

Items that are customised, made-to-order, or purchased under a final-sale/clearance promotion are not eligible for return, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hello@alankarfashions.com or +91 96570 93006 within 15 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and share the return process, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
4. Approved returns are processed as a refund per our Refund Policy, or as store credit/exchange, at your preference where applicable.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), we will bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise communicated.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or design, please contact us — we're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability, following the same return process above.
